Martia is a product of Anek Solutions Private Limited. These terms cover both the safe multiplayer gaming platform and the school learning platform (notes, mind maps, quizzes, and answer keys). Please read them before using the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
Agreement
By accessing or using Martia — including the gaming platform and the learning platform — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. The Martia Platform
What We Offer
Martia provides two main features: safe multiplayer games designed for all ages, and a school learning platform offering chapter notes, mind maps, quizzes, and answer keys.
Account Registration
You must create an account to access most features. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Minimum Age
Martia is designed for children aged 6 and above. Children under 13 must have parental consent to use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without that consent.
3. Learning Platform
Learning Content
The learning platform provides chapter-based study materials including quick notes, mind maps, chapter quizzes (multiple choice, true/false, fill in the blank, match the following), and answer keys. Content is intended to support school learning and is for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
Free Chapter Trial
New users may unlock one chapter completely free — including notes, mind map, quiz, and answer key — with no payment card required. The free trial is limited to one chapter per account and cannot be transferred or reset.
Learning Subscription
Full access to all chapters and subjects requires an active paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing cycles are shown at the time of purchase on our Pricing page. Access to learning content is available for the duration of your active subscription.
Educational Use Only
Learning content — including notes, mind maps, quizzes, and answer keys — is provided for your personal educational use. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or repurpose this content without our written permission.
4. Payments and Refunds
Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a purchase, you authorise us to charge the amount shown at checkout to your selected payment method. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions do not renew automatically. When your subscription expires you will lose access to premium learning content. You may renew at any time from your Account page.
Refund Policy
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to content you have paid for, please contact us within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve it on a best-effort basis. We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a subscription has been activated.
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use Martia for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You must not use the platform in any way that harms other users, violates applicable law, or undermines the safety of the community.
Prohibited Behaviour
You must not: share your account with others; attempt to bypass subscription checks or the free-trial limit; introduce malicious code or attempt to interfere with our systems; or use the platform to harass, bully, or harm any other user.
No Scraping or Automated Access
You may not scrape, crawl, spider, or otherwise extract content from Martia using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any means other than normal browser use. This includes — but is not limited to — extracting notes, mind maps, quiz questions, answer keys, or any other learning material in bulk. Any such access is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
No AI Training Without Consent
You may not use any content from Martia — including learning notes, mind maps, quiz questions, answer keys, game content, or any other material — to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or otherwise develop artificial intelligence or machine learning models without our prior written consent. This applies regardless of whether the content is accessed manually or through automated means.
User Content
Where you submit content to the platform (such as game scores or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve the service. You retain ownership of anything you create.
6. Intellectual Property
Our Content
All content on Martia — including games, learning notes, mind maps, quizzes, graphics, and the Martia brand — is owned by Anek Solutions Private Limited or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Curriculum Content
Some learning content is derived from publicly available school curriculum material. Where third-party sources are used, we ensure their use is lawful. Our presentation, structuring, and formatting of that content remains our intellectual property.
Feedback
If you share suggestions or feedback with us, we may use them to improve the platform without any obligation to compensate you.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Educational Purpose
Learning content on Martia is intended as a study aid and supplement, not as a substitute for classroom instruction or professional tutoring. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but do not warrant that it is error-free or complete.
Service Availability
We aim to keep Martia available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from temporary downtime, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anek Solutions Private Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform.
8. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Martia will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India, at the discretion of Anek Solutions Private Limited.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
